Tjerand R. Snik

​Tjerand R. Snik joined Santanasto Law Office in January 2013.   Mr. Snik's practice is focused on all aspects of business law including the related areas of contracts and commercial leasing.  Mr. Snik has represented small and mid-sized businesses during every stage of the business life-cycle; from formation and registration, to internal governance and operation, through winding-down and  formal dissolution.   In addition to his business practice, Mr. Snik represents individuals in a wide-array of contract matters including residential leasing, construction and other consumer transactions.

          

  Mr. Snik graduated from Bangor Area High School 2000 and he is a lifelong resident of Northampton County. He attended Susquehanna University where he studied English Literature and Philosophy and he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008. During law school Mr. Snik participated in the civil litigation certificate program, the appellate moot court competition, and he externed with the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta at the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Snik also interned with Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services where he provided family law services to the indigent.

           

Mr. Snik is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Northampton County Bar Associations and stays very active in the community. Mr. Snik and his wife Sarah currently reside in Upper Mt. Bethel Township.
