Kathy Williams has over twenty years’ experience as a civil litigator working for large in house insurers and mid-size regional firms. At Santanasto Law Kathy practices in all areas of family law and civil litigation. Kathy has been working with Santanasto Law since 2011 representing clients with family law concerns such as divorce, custody, support, PFAs and related issues. As a court appointed conflicts counsel for Lehigh County, she represents youth and adults in domestic court. She was recently appointed as a Lehigh County Title IV-D attorney.


Kathy graduated from Catasauqua Area High School and Pennsylvania State University. She received her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Following a judicial clerkship in Philadelphia, she worked for the in house counsel firm of Travelers Insurance Company in center city Philadelphia, defending personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. She and her husband Dave returned to Bethlehem to raise their family. For several years, she worked as an independent contractor assisting litigation firms in all aspects of litigation. As an associate at the firm of Stevens and Johnson and then Thomas, Thomas and Hafer, she defended medical malpractice actions on behalf of Lehigh Valley Hospital, St. Luke’ Hospital and Easton Hospital and physicians. Kathy has been working with Santanasto Law since 2011 representing clients with family law concerns such as divorce, custody, support, PFAs and related issues.

Kathy has been actively involved in school and community projects. She is the secretary for the Board of Trustee of Central Moravian and served on other local boards such as Northeast Ministries and ShareCare. Currently she is a member of the LVIP Kiwanis Club which serves children in the Lehigh Valley, promoting literacy and local service projects. In her free time, she runs, gardens, and enjoys skiing and hiking with her family and dog, Jack.
